We are seeking an Account Director to become a trusted client partner to an agreed portfolio of clients. Reporting to the Client Services Director you are responsible for selling work that meets clients’ needs, and championing that work while sustaining and growing profitable revenue delivering account growth, client happiness, profitability of projects and award-winning work. Working in close partnership with the CSD you are an experienced team lead who can help capture complex client briefs and turn them into inspiring and actionable programs working with the agency’s wider teams to exceed client expectations.

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to support the Account Director in leading a Client account or set of accounts, within the agency, ensuring that they are profitable and growing. In this critical role, you will take responsibility for the delivery of quality creative work that meets the Client’s needs and addresses their business problems and must champion that work. You will do so working closely with the Delivery team and through the effective management of the wider agency team, using your ability to lead and inspire others inside and outside the agency. You will regularly support the Account Director in presentations to sell work to existing Clients as well as with pitches for new business, approaching these with both a creative and commercial mindset.

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager who will work alongside our experienced team of project delivery B2B marketing specialists. We require someone who can provide vital internal support and take ownership of specific tasks within projects. They will assist in the delivery of profitable, high-quality work that meets and constantly exceeds client needs and expectations. This role involves stringent time management, rigorous quality control, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, and maintaining clear communication channels.
